Policies

Warranty:
FiberLink products are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from date of purchase. FiberLink will repair or replace a defective item and return it to sender freight prepaid. A copy of the sales receipt must accompany the defective item to verify warranty period. Product finish and failure due to abnormal use are not covered by this warranty. Consequential damage or commercial loss is not covered under this warranty. Any abuse or modification of the product voids warranty.

Shipping Claims:
Claims for damage or shortages in transit are to be filed against the carrier.

Factory Returns:
No returns without manufacturer's written permission. Returns to be freight prepaid. There will be a 15% restocking charge.

Terms:
2%-15 days - Net 30 days from date of invoice on approved credit. 1 1/2% interest (18% per annum) charged monthly on past due accounts.

Freight:
$1,500-Freight prepaid to 48 contiguous United States - all shipments F.O.B. our plant. Payment must be received within terms to qualify for freight allowance.

Working Load Limits:
Working load limits (WWL) are 1/3 of tensile strength rating.
